This series of creativity workshops is created especially for people in addiction recovery, to enhance and develop those skills that foster resilience and open spirit in life--but you don’t have to be in recovery to join—these classes are open and relevant to anyone who wants an intimate relationship with their creativity, playfulness, interactive skills, and joy! Each two hour session includes a short guided meditation and creative exploration, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The classes all draw on the twelve step program philosophy of surrender, personal accountability, and spiritual growth through peer support. Please join us if you would like to explore creative awareness in a warm and playful way!
